Warranty and After-Sales
Warranty coverage for products supplied by WAKELIFE is set out in the B2B Limited Warranty Policy. Cooperação OEM/ODM
For OEM/ODM orders, WAKELIFE supplies the products as manufacturer. The customer is responsible for the branding, marketing, reivindicações, translations, instructions and destination-market compliance of the products it resells, unless a separate written agreement assigns a specific responsibility to WAKELIFE.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAKELIFE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from the website or the products, including lost revenue, lost profit, loss of use or business interruption. Liability for a covered warranty claim is governed by the B2B Limited Warranty Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
