Warranty coverage for products supplied by WAKELIFE is set out in the B2B Limited Warranty Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAKELIFE is not liable for indirect, incidentale, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from the website or the products, including lost revenue, lost profit, loss of use or business interruption. Liability for a covered warranty claim is governed by the B2B Limited Warranty Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
