By using https://wakelifebeauty.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. In these Terms, WAKELIFE means the seller legal entity identified in the applicable order confirmation, commercial invoice or signed sales contract.

Product Information Disclaimer
Product descriptions and specifications are for reference and may change without notice. The configuration, specifications, labeling and claims of the products you order are those stated in the applicable order documents.
Medical and Regulatory Disclaimer
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Where a product is cleared or registered for a specific intended use, its labeling and stated intended use govern. Buyers are responsible for regulatory compliance in their destination markets, including registration, labeling and claims.
Warranty and After-Sales
Warranty coverage for products supplied by WAKELIFE is set out in the B2B Limited Warranty Policy. For OEM/ODM projects, any different warranty period, coverage or support terms are confirmed for the specific project in the applicable written agreement. Warranty claims follow the process described in that policy.
OEM/ODM Cooperation
For OEM/ODM orders, WAKELIFE supplies the products as manufacturer. The customer is responsible for the branding, marketing, claims, translations, instructions and destination-market compliance of the products it resells, unless a separate written agreement assigns a specific responsibility to WAKELIFE.
Intellectual Property
Content on the website is WAKELIFE’s property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Quotations and Orders
All quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing by WAKELIFE. MOQ, pricing, lead time and delivery may vary. An order is confirmed when WAKELIFE issues a written order confirmation, or on the confirmation date stated in a signed sales contract.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAKELIFE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from the website or the products, including lost revenue, lost profit, loss of use or business interruption. Liability for a covered warranty claim is governed by the B2B Limited Warranty Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
PRC law applies. Disputes are submitted to recognized arbitration in China; the award is final and binding.
Amendments
WAKELIFE may amend these Terms; updates are posted here. An amendment does not change the warranty terms already incorporated into a confirmed order.
