A Lower-Leg Wrap for Equine Ranges
Wrap Construction
The D03 is a large wrap that follows the lower leg, with the LEDs on the inner face and a single control button on the outer face. It fastens with multiple hook-and-loop straps, and charging is through a USB-C port. During use the wrap runs on its built-in battery, with no connecting cable.
For a sample review, check the wrap shape, the strap arrangement and the light coverage together on the intended animal.

Prepare Your Sample or Private-Label Inquiry
Choose the starting point that matches your project:
| Your project | What to include in the inquiry |
|---|---|
| Evaluate the listed D03 configuration | Preferred configuration; destination country and sample quantity if known |
| Explore a branded version | Logo placement ideas, packaging and manual languages, sales channel and expected quantity range |
| Explore technical changes | Separate required changes to the LED layout, power or controls from optional preferences for feasibility review |
For a useful quote comparison, request the unit price and included components, with any branding, development and freight charges identified separately. Confirm MOQ for the selected configuration and any mixed configurations. Branding and technical changes require an agreed scope; the listed configuration is the reference for comparison.
Include your launch market early. Before approving an order, obtain written confirmation of the charging and power arrangement, labeling and available model documents, along with warranty coverage, exclusions and the process for reporting a faulty unit. These items belong in the purchasing agreement, alongside the approved sample and specification.

Changes that need a development review
- Changes to LED count, layout or wavelength mix
- Adding brightness levels, a display or an app
- Changes to the battery or charging system
- Changes to firmware defaults, such as start-up mode or shutoff time
- New wrap sizes beyond D03
- Additional certifications for specific markets
Branding areas and development changes are assessed per project and are not part of the listed configuration. Tell us required changes and optional preferences separately so feasibility, cost and lead time can be quoted clearly.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the MOQ, and can I mix configurations?
Our MOQ is 50 sets for orders with custom logo. Mixed configurations are confirmed at quotation. Tell us your planned split and we will include it in the quote.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Samples are typically ready in 3–7 days, and bulk production takes around 30 days. Exact timelines are confirmed with your order.
How long does the battery run?
Battery runtime is not specified in the catalog; the approx. 3.5-hour figure is charging time, not runtime. Evaluate runtime on sample units at your target settings before publishing runtime figures to your customers.
Can I change the wavelengths, LED layout or battery?
These are development changes rather than branding options. Describe the change and the expected quantity, and we will review feasibility, cost and lead time.
What certifications are involved?
Wakelife operates under an ISO 13485-certified quality system. Product-level documents for your destination market are confirmed before ordering.
