Scope of Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Applies to B2B buyers only (distributors, brand owners, OEM/ODM).
Warranty Period
Standard: 12 months from shipment, unless agreed otherwise for OEM/ODM.
Exclusions
- Misuse, abuse, neglect
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Shipping/handling damage after delivery
- Consumables or accessories unless specified
- Use outside intended purpose
OEM/ODM Special Terms
Branding, labeling, instructions, and local compliance are customer responsibility. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
Claim Procedure
Notify WAKELIFE in writing within 7–14 days of defect discovery, provide proof, follow return instructions.
Remedies
Repair, replacement, or equivalent credit as determined by WAKELIFE.
Limitation of Liability
No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
