With six fully automated production lines, we are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including automatic LED chip sorting machines, wire bonding machines, die bonding machines, encapsulation machines, and SMT placement machines. Quality Control
At Wakelifebeauty, we maintain strict control over every stage of production to ensure that each LED light therapy product meets the highest quality standards. During the manufacturing process, we use tools such as integrating spheres, bending testers, and temperature and humidity chambers for precise quality testing, ensuring stable light therapy performance and product reliability.
Once production is complete, we conduct comprehensive final inspections, including visual checks, surface cleaning, and using a spectrometer to test components, ensuring that every detail is flawless.
